Requirements Must hold a valid White Card Must have a Cert 3 in carpentry Previous experience in luxury residential builds, renovations, and extensions preferred Ability to work independently and in a team Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills Excellent communication and time‐management skills Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings and trim Inspect and repair damaged structures and fixtures Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects Provide guidance and support to apprentice carpenters Keep up‐to‐date with industry trends and techniques Adhere to company policies and procedures Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 12 months experience as a carpenter Cert 3 in carpentry or equivalent qualification Experience in luxury builds, renovations, and extensions preferred Knowledge of building codes and regulations Proficient in using hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong understanding of safety procedures and guidelines Excellent problem‐solving and time‐management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary package ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation Long‐term career growth opportunities Work on exciting and high‐profile projects Supportive and collaborative work environment Training and development opportunities Employee perks and discounts If you are a skilled carpenter with a passion for luxury builds and renovations, we want to hear from you!
