Site Manager (Gold Coast)

About the role Due to continued growth, we're on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to join our Gold Coast team. With a full workbook and the majority of our projects coming from long‐standing, repeat clients, it's a great time to step into a role that offers stability, growth, and variety. About you You have previous experience as a commercial Site Manager, successfully delivering projects from commencement to completion—ideally multi‐residential projects ($80M
- $200M). You build solid relationships with all on site and create a culture that motivates productivity. You possess leadership skills that drive programme and bring out the best in your team and subbies. You are extremely safety and quality aware and ensure the highest safety and quality standards on site for the team and subbies. You have a commercial view, understand the importance of cost and project requirements and can make informed decisions.
