Overview Client Success Manager (Relationship Manager) – Location: Southport, Gold Coast. Full‐time, mostly on‐site Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, flexible for occasional evenings/weekends. Work from home 1 day per week post‐probation. Remuneration: $90k base plus incentives (OTE: $140k) plus company perks. Responsibilities Run structured monthly check‐ins and annual reviews. Hold clients accountable to the strategy given. Help clients navigate life changes and keep progressing. Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Brokerage, Property) for seamless support. Spot risks early (drift, arrears, motivation drop) and take action fast. Keep records tight, accurate, and compliant. Qualifications Proven experience in relationship management, client success, coaching, case management, account management, education or service leadership. Confidence having real conversations (not scripts). Strong organization and follow‐through. Energy, ownership, and integrity. Ability to work fast, manage volume, and stay calm under pressure. Requirements Pass a credit history check (minimum score 600) and police check. Provide two professional references. Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
