No option to work remotely. Experience Required experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Responsibilities Establish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage Employment groups & Support Support for newcomers and refugees Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.) Support for youths Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Support for Indigenous people Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Support for mature workers Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work workplace for mature workers Eligibility A permanent resident of Canada A temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit Do not apply if you are not authorized to work in Canada.
