Marketing Executive (Gold Coast)

About the Role This is a high ownership, hands on role for someone who can confidently move between strategy and execution. You will work across both Eden Academy and Eden Play brands nationally, partnering closely with the Marketing Manager, senior leadership and external agencies to plan, execute and optimise marketing activity across a rapid moving network. No two days look the same. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is confident owning projects from concept through to execution and performance. Key Responsibilities Create and design marketing assets across digital and print including ads, flyers, presentations and promotional material Write copy across social media, website pages, campaigns and communications Coordinate content collection across centres nationally including photography and video direction Maintain strong brand consistency across all touchpoints Coordinate national and local campaigns from briefing through to execution Liaise with our digital agency on Meta and Google campaigns, reviewing performance and identifying trends and opportunities Support recruitment marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives Use CRM and campaign data to track lead sources, monitor enquiry trends and identify opportunities Support reporting and provide insights to inform marketing decisions Support national campaign rollouts across the centre network Travel interstate as required for content creation and events About You Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Creative with a robust eye for branding, storytelling and detail Confident taking ownership and executing projects end to end Proactive and solutions focused, you identify opportunities and take action Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers Data literate and able to interpret performance and make informed decisions Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and AI platforms like ChatGPT or Claude Calm under pressure and adaptable when priorities shift Why Join Eden Academy Work across multiple brands in a growing national organisation Real ownership and variety in your role Interstate travel opportunities for content and events MacBook Pro provided Access to training, development and growth opportunities Be part of a supportive, collaborative team doing meaningful work for children and families #J-*****-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3rfvjn
