Through our integrated, in-house construction arm, we manage the entire lifecycle of their projects, from initial concept through to final handover. With multiple landmark projects currently underway and a rapidly expanding future pipeline of high-density coastal builds, they are seeking a motivated, career-driven Contracts Administrator to join our high-performing team.
The Opportunity
This role is the perfect springboard for a Contracts Administrator in the early stages of their career who wants to step up into large-scale, high-density residential construction. Working alongside some of the industry’s best construction professionals, you will gain comprehensive exposure to procurement, contract administration, and total project delivery. The Project Pipeline:
- Flagship Precinct, Surfers Paradise: A landmark, multi-million-dollar premium beachside development currently underway.
- Multi-Residential High-Rise: A sophisticated, high-density development in a prime Gold Coast location.
- Pipeline Certainty: Multiple newly secured, premium sites adding to a guaranteed long-term pipeline of future work on the Coast. What You Will Be Doing:
- Procurement: Assisting with subcontractor procurement, preparing detailed scopes of work, and managing trade packages.
- Financial Administration: Supporting accurate cost reporting, forecasting, and processing subcontractor claims and variations.
- Document Control: Maintaining precise project documentation, contract records, and compliance tracking.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project flow.
- Project Support: Contributing directly to the successful, on-time delivery of premium multi-residential builds. About You:
- Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of local experience in a Contract Administration or Project Coordinator role within the construction industry.
- Project Exposure: Prior exposure to multi-residential or commercial building projects (apartment/high-rise experience is highly advantageous).
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
