- Fleet & Mechanical, you'll lead a tight‑knit team while keeping our fleet in top shape, ensuring everything from utility vehicles to parade floats is ready to roll. From vehicle diagnostics and electrical systems to themed vehicles and parade floats, you'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. Leading and supporting a small team of mechanics, driving high‑quality work, safety, and performance. Managing fleet maintenance and servicing schedules to keep all vehicles, plant, and equipment running safely and efficiently. Carrying out hands‑on diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs across a range of electrical systems, including themed vehicles and parade floats. Responding to breakdowns and troubleshooting issues to minimise downtime and keep operations moving. Maintaining accurate service records and coordinating parts, materials, and external providers to support maintenance activities. What We're Looking For

Trade qualifications in Automotive Electrical Technology (Auto Electrician) is required. Current driver's licence (MR desirable). Experience with fleet management systems (desirable). Proven leadership or supervisory experience, with the ability to support and develop a small team. Solid understanding of fleet maintenance, including managing servicing schedules and programmes. Solid problem‑solving, organisational, and time‑management skills. Confident communicator who can work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. Experience with maintenance systems (SAP or Mobaro desirable). Benefits
