Candidates must have 1-2 years of property investment or acquisitions experience. The Role As a Property Acquisitions Specialist at FUTURX, you will lead the front line of our acquisition efforts and play a critical role in helping clients make high-quality investment decisions. You will be responsible for sourcing quality opportunities, identifying real upside, thinking commercially, and guiding clients with confidence from brief through to settlement and beyond.

This is a high-accountability, high-trust role for someone who thinks commercially, moves with urgency, takes ownership, and genuinely cares about delivering exceptional client outcomes. It's a full-time hybrid role based in Melbourne, with 3–4 days in the office. Occasional travel may be required to build relationships and strengthen agent networks. Candidates must have valid Australian work rights or a valid work visa. Who This Role Is For This role will suit someone who is:

- Source, assess, and secure properties that align with client briefs and FUTURX standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with selling agents to create consistent deal flow, including off-market opportunities
- Lead negotiations to secure terms that protect client interests and improve outcomes
- A valid real estate licence is required before starting in this role
- Conduct detailed due diligence including comparable sales analysis, rental appraisals, building and pest assessments, risk identification, and renovation feasibility where applicable
- Present commercially sound property recommendations confidently and clearly to clients
- Manage the acquisition process through to contract exchange and unconditional status
- Partner with Customer Success and Strategy to ensure smooth client handovers and a seamless experience
- Maintain accurate records across CRM, SharePoint, and internal systems
- Communicate proactively so clients feel informed and supported throughout
- Contribute to team development, continuous improvement, and a culture of high standards
- Minimum 1-2 years of real estate industry experience is required What Success Looks Like You will:
