With strong wholesale foundations and a growing ecommerce presence, the business is entering an exciting new chapter and looking for a creative, hands‑on Communications & Content Manager to help shape the brand voice and build deeper connection with its community. This is not a big corporate marketing role. It’s for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, creating meaningful content, spotting trends, testing ideas, and turning brand stories into engaging experiences across digital channels. You’ll work closely with founders and cross‑functional teams to bring campaigns, launches, product stories, and community engagement to life. What you’ll be doing Content & Brand Storytelling
- Working on email marketing strategy in Klaviyo
- Create and execute engaging social and content strategies aligned with business goals
- Develop content plans, calendars and publishing schedules
- Bring creative ideas to life across social, email, website and campaigns
- Write briefs for design/content production teams
- Help shape the brand voice and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Support catalogue copy, product descriptions, campaigns and storytelling Social Media & Community
- Own day‑to‑day social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Create, coordinate and publish content across channels
- Engage with the community, respond to comments and foster authentic brand relationships
- Monitor conversations around the brand and identify opportunities for engagement
- Experiment with new content formats, trends and platform opportunities Influencer & Partnership Management
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators and brand partners
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and gifting campaigns
- Help grow reach, trust and brand awareness through aligned partnerships Analytics & Growth
- Track content and social performance across engagement, follower growth, traffic and conversion
- Use insights to refine content strategy and improve performance
- Conduct A/B testing and report on results
- Prepare weekly performance reporting using GA4 and social analytics Trend Spotting & Innovation
- Stay on top of social trends, content formats, AI tools and platform changes
- Keep an eye on competitors and best‑in‑class brand activity
- Bring fresh ideas and new ways of working to the table About you You’re creative, proactive and commercially minded. You enjoy both strategy and execution and are the type of person who says "I can figure that out" rather than waiting for direction. You’ll ideally bring:
- 3+ years experience in content, communications, social media or digital marketing
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience managing social channels for a brand
- Confidence briefing creatives or producing content yourself
- Understanding of social analytics and performance reporting
- Experience with tools like Canva, GA4, Meta, TikTok, CapCut or similar
- Curiosity around AI and emerging marketing tools
- Strong organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Bonus points if you have:
- Ecommerce or retail brand experience
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, kids or consumer products
- Influencer or creator partnership experience Why this role?
