Medical Receptionist (Bentleigh)

Bayside Heart is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. This full-time position requires a professional with at least one year of experience in a medical reception role. Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
- Assist with billing and Medicare claims.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients.
- Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical reception role.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in medical software and office applications and advantage but not a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
