**Accounts Payable Officer**

RCT has an excellent opportunity for a agile person to join our Finance and Administration team in the role of Accounts Payable Officer, based in Kewdale.

**The Role**

As an Accounts Payable Officer you will have a solid understanding of the end to end accounts payable function and provide accurate and timely administrative services. Your key responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

- Be the owner of the “AP Supplier Invoice” workflow ensuring that invoices are processed though the workflow in a timely manner
- Follow up outstanding invoices linked to purchases orders
- Ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of invoice and expense claims
- Completing supplier and credit card reconciliations
- Staff reimbursements including Travel Claims
- Ensure that periodical payments are processed
- Preparing payment runs for approval
- Maintain supplier EFT details ensuring that any changes are notified in writing from the supplier

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Robust organisational and time management skills
- Exposure to large ERP systems is essential (Pronto will be highly regarded)
- Understanding of foreign currency transactions and banking will be highly regarded
- A proactive approach with the capacity to problem solve with highly developed analytical skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
