- Preparing FBT and statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable teams to streamline financial operations.
- Prepare and lodge monthly BAS reports in a timely manner.
- Generate and analyse daily cash flow reports to support financial decision-making.
- Review and resolve uncleared supplier transactions to maintain accurate records.
- Support the maintenance of asset registers for effective asset management.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
- Process supplier payments and journal entries with precision and efficiency.
- Provide support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as required.
- Utilise Power BI and Excel for financial analysis and reporting. What we’re looking for: Do you have what it takes to thrive in this role? Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role.
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Analytical skills. Desirable:
- Experience in FBT, asset management, WIP, and statutory accounts.
- Familiarity with Power BI for financial reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of taxation and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cash flow forecasting.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- CPA / CA / ACCA qualified or working toward qualification; Manufacturing industry experience.
