An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced and customer-focused **Service Advisor** to join our Service team.

**This is a full-time permanent role with an attractive salary package; base, commissions, and access to a company vehicle and fuel card.**

We are a family owned and operated Toyota dealership in the Perth metro area and have been operating for over 30 years. We’re one of Perth’s biggest Toyota dealerships, supplying and servicing a large variety of commercial, mining, and private customers. **How you will make an impact**:

- Engaging with customers and building a positive rapport
- Handling customer matters relating to service bookings and enquiries
- Checking in vehicles for service and noting any customer concerns/issues
- Estimating costs associated with jobs and determining completion time
- Proactive communication with the customer to keep them updated on the status of their vehicle
- Obtaining approval from the customer if their vehicle requires additional work

**Desired Skills and Experience**: **What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Current manual drivers license
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience with Tune DMS desirable however not essential
