As our operations grow, we are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee administrative and organisational functions and support the smooth running of our office.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to take responsibility for the coordination of daily office operations, administrative systems, staff supervision, and organisational processes.

This is a full-time position requiring initiative, leadership capability, and strong administrative knowledge.

This position is required to support the ongoing expansion of our business and ensure effective workflow, compliance, and operational delivery.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Managing daily office administration and ensuring the efficient operation of office workflows

Supervising and coordinating administrative staff and office support functions

Implementing and maintaining office procedures, policies, and operational standards

Coordinating meetings, schedules, diary management, and travel arrangements

Handling internal and external correspondence and maintaining business communication channels

Ensuring compliance with WHS obligations and maintaining safe workplace practices

Overseeing document control, recordkeeping, and data management systems

Assisting management with reporting, project coordination, and operational support

Liaising with external stakeholders, contractors, service providers, and partner organisations

Required Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess: At least 1 year of relevant office administration or management experience

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Ability to supervise staff and coordinate workflow effectively

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office management systems

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Sound knowledge of business documentation, compliance, and office procedures

Desirable Qualifications

(Preferred but not mandatory)

AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma qualification in Business, Administration, Management or related fields

Experience in a similar role

Experience with WHS compliance or budget monitoring
