There is a reason we are one of WA’s leading not-for-profit aged care providers since 1961! **Description**: **About the Role**: As the Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining buildings and physical assets and carrying out routine maintenance tasks within the independent living units and residential care facilities in the Village. Our team is friendly and supportive and takes pride in the work they perform, providing assistance to our residents and employees every day. This role is full time and based in Bentley. **Skills and Experiences**: **Key Role Requirements**:

- Competent in the use of hand/power machinery tools.
- Good knowledge of common maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
- Current "C" Class Drivers Licence.
- Permanent working rights in Australia.
- National Police Clearance
