- Monitor and Improve efficiency and work practices.
- Creation of sales orders and projects in the ERP tool
- Purchasing of equipment and materials as per bill of materials
- Packaging of equipment and materials for dispatch to the customer site
- Completion of delivery documentation and liaising with Freight and Courier companies for inbound and outbound
- Assist with the scheduling of vehicle fleet maintenance.
- Attend and contribute to head office procurement meetings as part of the overall procurement team to ensure you are following group best practice and guidelines of Progility’s Business Analyst.
- Assist in optimising inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, identifying excess or shortage situations, and recommending appropriate actions.
