Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the company's various loan channels (including bank loans, overdrafts, and other debt instruments) to ensure these funding channels remain available as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational matters.
- Support new financing and refinancing activities.
- Process loan drawdowns, repayments, and facility renewals.
- Maintain loan registers and debt schedules, tracking outstanding balances and interest rate changes.
- Monitor covenant compliance and prepare/submit lender reports on a timely basis.
- Prepare treasury analysis, reports, and materials for senior management.
- Calculate and post interest expenses, and regularly reconcile against bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Provide analytical, judgement-based, and execution support for treasury financing activities, including funding processes, bank coordination, and liquidity decision-making.
- Maintain core treasury operational infrastructure, including banking platforms, system accounts, and related documentation, to ensure stability and control. Skills and Experience
- Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
- Solid experience in treasury operations, corporate finance, banking or a related finance role within a complex organisation or group structure.
- Demonstrated exposure to financing activities, including funding processes, facility administration, bank coordination and related analysis.
- Sound commercial and financial judgement, with the ability to provide clear, practical input to treasury and financing decisions.
- Experience preparing analysis and materials for senior management .
- Ability to operate effectively in a bilingual (English / Chinese) business workplace, including interaction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working at one of the four major Australian banks or as a loan broker for many years is preferred.
