Dynamic Hybrid Role (Cleaning and Office Security) (Kewdale)

**ARA Property Services** is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a newly created, full-time "hybrid" role based at a major client's offices at **Kewdale**, WA. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your keen eye for cleanliness with your excellent communication and organizational skills.

**About the Role**: Working Monday to Friday during daytime hours, you will be integral to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient setting for our client and their visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting proactive spot cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, and amenity areas throughout the day to uphold exceptional cleanliness standards.
- Managing and ordering cleaning and kitchen supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels in relevant areas.
- Overseeing office security protocols through the visitor and contractor sign-in system, serving as the initial point of contact for all visitors and contractors.
- Providing essential support to staff members with the setup and cleanup for training sessions and various on-site events.
