**How you will make an impact**:

- Conducting outbound calls for the dealership with a focus on contacting service customers; including active and at risk customers & re-booking no shows
- Verifying customer information for database accuracy
- Learning and keeping up to date with Toyota products and key selling points

**Desired Skills and Experience**: **What we’re looking for**:

- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously within documented processes and procedures
- Effective time management processes
- Previous experience in the automotive industry desirable however not essential
