Job Description Join our team as a Physiotherapist (Locum / Contract) – GP Clinic | EPC, NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe | Flexible Days Location: Southeast Melbourne, VIC Job Type: Contract / Locum (Ongoing) Start Date: Immediate About the Role We are seeking a motivated and reliable Physiotherapist to join our busy GP clinic in Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist looking for flexible work with an established caseload and strong patient demand from day one. You will be working in a GP clinic setting with consistent referrals and full bookings, primarily managing care plan (EPC) patients while also gaining exposure to a diverse caseload. Key Highlights

- Predominantly care plan (EPC) patients with varied caseload exposure Remuneration
- Percentage-based: 40–45% of billings based on experience
- Consistent patient flow ensuring stable earnings

- EPC / GP Care Plan physiotherapy
- NDIS participants (plan-managed)
- TAC (Transport Accident Commission) clients
- WorkSafe injury management
- Aged care plan managed patients Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions
- Manage a varied caseload across EPC, NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe, and aged care
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical notes
- Communicate effectively with GPs, case managers, and support coordinators About You
- Registered Physiotherapist (AHPRA)
- Solid communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently in a busy GP clinic environment
- Experience in EPC, NDIS, TAC, or WorkSafe preferred (but not essential) What We Offer
