**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (wine, cocktails, beer, coffee if required)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
- Deliver excellent customer service and engage with guests in a professional manner
- Take drink orders efficiently and accurately
- Assist floor staff when required during busy service periods
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations
- Handle payments and operate POS system when required

**Requirements**:

- Previous bartending experience preferred (minimum 1 year ideal)
- Valid RSA certificate (mandatory)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of wines, cocktails, and spirits (Italian wines knowledge is a plus)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude and team player
