Childcare Educator (Berwick)

**Qualifications & experience**
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent in compliance with Department of Education Victoria & ACECQA guidelines
- Working With Children's Check
- Police Check
- At least 1 Year experience in Childcare. (Preferred but not required)
- First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis training certificates
- Strong communication, leadership and mentoring skills
- High level of understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Exude sensitivity, cheerfulness, a sense of humour, flexibility, sincerity, integrity and a high level of awareness of the importance of confidentiality.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Maintain Children's Health and Safety (Adhere to Hygiene Procedures)
- Interact with children to assist their growth and Development
- Contribute to and assist in the development and/or evaluation of the programme.
