We are currently seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Warranty Manager and ensuring the seamless operation of our warranty processes while delivering exceptional customer service.

**About the role**:

- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation and submissions
- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and the parts department to gather necessary information for warranty claims.
- Monitor warranty claim status and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, including approvals, rejections, and reimbursements.
- Support the Warranty Manager in the overall warranty process and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest warranty policies and procedures from Mercedes-Benz.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in dealership warranty administration, ideally with Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for warranty processing
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and warranty policies is a huge plus
