**What We're Looking For**:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience leading or supporting a Nursery room
- A collaborative and nurturing leadership style
- Robust knowledge of the **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)** and **National Quality Standards (NQS)**
- Passion for early learning, family engagement, and child safety
