- Your role at St John of God Berwick- You will provide administrative support to visiting specialists attending the hospital. This role encompasses all facets of customer service including booking appointments, patient care, accounts, processing pathology, cleaning, stock management and general ad hoc administrative duties.- The Position-
- Managing appointment diaries for Visiting Medical Officers
- An understanding of the process of claiming from statutory bodies Medicare, health fund, TAC and Workcover
- Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Genie, Clinic to Cloud, Gentu, Argus, Eclipse and webPAS.
- All other reasonable duties as directed by the relevant Manager/Supervisor
- Communicate effectively with all customers and patients using the appropriate channels, utilising appropriate formal and informal channels of communication.- You will have experience with a healthcare environment, along with flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment, expectations and timetable changes.- The succeed, you will have the ability to prioritize tasks and workload using time management skills, work as a productive team member with superior communication skills.- Above all, patient care will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values.- We can offer you-
- Salary: $57,742.24
- $59,369.32, plus 11% Superannuation.
