Our **Electricity Networks**team deliver street lighting, P2P and new connections maintenance on the Victorian Electricity Distribution network. Our work is meaningful and ensures our community can continue to operate and thrive successfully every day.
**THE PROSPECT**
We are searching for our newest **administration**superstar! Reporting to the Administration Team Lead, this role is critical to ensuring our operational and functional teams are supported with various administrative, finance & payroll related tasks. This role involves the processing of invoicing, daily timesheet handling and purchase order raising/monitoring. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and onsite field resources as well as build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
Please note this role is initially a full-time, 12-month contract. We require the successful individual to be based on site at our Beaconsfield depot Monday to Friday.

This opportunity would suit a highly organised, proactive and customer-oriented individual seeking to advance their career within an essential service industry. Purchasing, payroll & general finance knowledge is desired but not essential to succeed. Our team are well equipped to support and train the successful appointment on all things Downer & Network Services!
