- Provide high quality nursing care to patients in a general practice setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications :
- Current Registered RN with no restrictions
- Minimum of two years experience in general practice setting only
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
