Contract Administrator – Berwick VIC Kogan People Solutions, recruiters, are working to assist an ISO Certified and leading, full-service commercial cleaning and facility care service provider operating across Victoria and NSW.

Our client partners with major corporate, industrial, and public‑sector clients, delivering reliable, detail‑driven solutions backed by solid compliance, safety, and quality systems.

The business specialises in end‑to‑end commercial cleaning, specialised cleaning, environmental services, warehouse cleaning, handyman support, garden maintenance and more. As business continues to grow, they are seeking a qualified and experienced Contract Administrator to join the operational team.

Dealing with long-term existing contracts, as well as project-based work, this role of a full time Contract Administrator is critical to the success of this expanding and exciting business. ·Salary: Negotiable in range of $75k to $80k plus superannuation per annum. ·Tenure: Full-time and ongoing
· Location: Based in Berwick, VIC Responsibilities include: 1. Maintain accurate and organised contract documentation, ensuring all records of contracts, service agreements and projects are up to date. 2. Develop, review and negotiate variations to contracts, service agreements and projects to ensure they meet the company’s needs and comply with legal requirements. 3. Maintain and oversee all data entry requirements relating to customers, sites, agreements and pricing in the company’s software system and communicate contract variations to the relevant stakeholders. 4. Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning contracts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction at all times. 5. Manage paperwork associated with contracts, service agreements and projects provided, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and securely stored. 6. Work with, support and guide the Operations Team and other team members to ensure company goals are met. 7. Collect and analyse data associated with projects undertaken, update clients on their account charges, ensure accurate billing and provide reports where required. 8. Stay up to date with legislative changes to ensure compliance. To be successfully considered for the role you will have: 1. Minimum Diploma in a highly relevant field (or agreed substitute). 2. Proven experience and expertise in contract management. 3. At least 1 or more years highly relevant professional, post-training experience (preferably more) in a similar professional setting. 4. Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail. 5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must have unrestricted full time Australian working rights to be considered.
