About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist with a strong background in Orthodontics to join our growing team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled clinician who thrives in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment and is looking for a flexible work arrangement with excellent remuneration. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality preventive dental care including scaling, cleaning, fluoride treatments, and oral health education.
- Perform general dentistry treatments within your scope.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices, dietary advice, and post-treatment care.
- Provide orthodontic support, including fitting, adjusting, and monitoring braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in accordance with clinical standards.
- Collaborate closely with dentists and other team members to ensure seamless patient care. About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Oral Health Therapy, Dental Hygiene, or equivalent qualification.
- Current unconditional AHPRA registration.
- Radiation License and relevant insurances.
- Hold appropriate visa/residency status to work in Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in orthodontic procedures and appliance management.
- Solid clinical skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for patient care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. What We Offer
