Tech Support with Graphic Design Skills (Biggera Waters)

**KAS (Keyless Access Security) **develops and manufactures cutting-edge Keyless Entry Systems for hotels and residential facilities throughout Australia and the world.

We're looking for a gifted in-house I.T whizz. Someone as comfortable with a screwdriver as they are pushing pixels around a screen.

This role primarily involves phone / PC-based technical support for our clientele. Secondary to that role is to provide graphic design support to our Marketing and Sales Manager.

As we design our electronic locking systems, you must work across all aspects of our product range. From the motherboards and wireless nodes to the firmware, software and databases that underpin our systems, it'll be your job to know everything about it: How to install it, maintain it, and instruct our clientele to be able to use it to its full potential.

You can expect a stable work schedule from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours tech support calls. Note: It is a requirement that you reside within 20 to 30 mins driving time from Biggera Waters 4214 Gold Coast.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Technically minded with positive problem solving skills.
- IT Savvy (Mainly PC, Networking and Linux desirable).
- Have a great eye for graphic design.
- Know your way around Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Professional phone manner.
- Efficiency and great time management is critical.
- Well presented. (Office attire).
- Reliable.

Pay: $55,000.00
- $70,000.00 per year
