Resident Boarding Supervisor (Live In) (Labrador)

Our boarding team are now seeking great candidates who are interested in School Boarding and available to commence in Term 3 in July 2026. This is a live in, work out position (contract until the end of the year) meaning if you are currently studying or have a role that provides some flexibility for evening or morning duties as well as weekend duties, this role in our boarding team will suit you! We are seeking individuals who are willing to become an integral part of our boarder’s daily lives and our Boarding community – this chance could blend perfectly with candidates’ study or work schedules or professional roles in the community. In the role of Boarding House Supervisor, you will be asked to provide approximately 12 hours per week of residential supervisory duty – this is all rostered so there are no surprises, and you can work your duties around your commitments. In return for your time, we offer you:
- Single accommodation (studio room with kitchenette and ensuite) for a full year (cleaned once a week)
- We cover all the utility costs (rates, rent, water, power) including internet and Wi-Fi.
- On-site catering for all meals during school term time (school ends 26 November 2026)- you can use the cooking facilities in the holidays and provide your own food
- Free access to the extensive onsite facilities (gym, pool, tennis courts, free parking)

- Hold or be willing to obtain a first aid certificate including CPR
- Be willing to complete ABSA Level 1 Boarding/Duty of Care qualification – facilitated once appointed
- Be a 2024 high school graduate minimum
