Roofing Operations Manager | Full-Time | Brisbane & Surrounds We're a growing roofing business with a robust reputation for quality workmanship and reliable service across Brisbane and surrounds. As we scale, we're looking for a driven, highly organised General Manager to take the reins and lead the business from the front. We already have an outstanding team

- from operations and people to finances and growth. You'll work closely with the business owners to set direction, then execute it. No micromanagement. Just real responsibility and the backing to get things done. As our Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Overall day-to-day operations of the business
- Leading, managing and developing our supervisors
- Driving business performance
- revenue, margins, and profitability
- Client relationship management and business development
- Subcontractor engagement, procurement and supplier negotiations
- Financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, licensing and industry standards
- Implementing and improving systems, processes and job management workflows
- Supporting and developing our existing team
