About the Role We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our busy workshop on a full-time basis. You will be working on a variety of vehicles, performing diagnostics, general repairs, servicing, and inspections. This role is ideal for a reliable, self-motivated tradesperson looking for long-term job stability, no weekend work, and the chance to grow within a supportive business. Key Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs on all makes and models
- Diagnose faults and provide repair solutions
- Report on vehicle condition and safety concerns
- Accurately complete job cards and paperwork
- Work to safety standards and follow WHS procedures
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers Requirements
- Trade qualification: Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years' post-trade experience preferred
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Robust attention to detail and time management
- Positive attitude, reliability, and good communication skills Desirable (Not Essential)
- Air Conditioning Licence (ARCtick)
- Roadworthy Inspection Licence (AIS)
- Auto electrical experience What We Offer
