Purchasing Officer

Based at Huonville, this is your chance to join the Purchasing team in this exciting 3-month contract role. Working Monday to Friday on a full time basis, you will be responsible for duties such as processing purchase orders, receipting invoices and communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all areas of the business regarding quotations, deliveries, and investigating any invoice discrepancies. This role requires a solid eye for detail and a high degree of organisation to ensure data is correct and tasks are completed in a timely matter.

About You

We are looking for someone who has recent experience in data entry, is proficient in dealing with numbers, has excellent administration and customer service skills, shows initiative, and demonstrates excellent problem-solving. Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint is required.
