- Strong attention to detail and efficiency Bartending, TAB & Keno experience is recommended but not essential. Sports knowledge is a bonus! Preferably, you hold a current RSA and RSG, but at Star Group, we value personality and attitude just as much as experience — so don’t let that hold you back from applying!
