Description
As a Recruitment Consultant with Curis, you will be responsible for recruiting nurses into temporary contract roles across Australia. You’ll be managing a fast paced desk, so we’re looking for someone who is quick, proactive, and thrives in a high energy environment.

This role will have a strong focus on business development, so you’ll need to be confident building relationships, picking up the phone, and identifying new opportunities.

We’re also looking for someone who is confident and active on social media, creating content, engaging with candidates and clients, and building your personal brand alongside ours.

Your role
As a Recruitment Consultant with us you will be responsible for recruiting Nurses and Midwives into temporary contract positions within Australia.
  • Permanent fulltime - you will be paid for every hour worked so no more working 50 hours a week and only being paid for 40. We reward you for every single hour worked. On top of this you will be rewarded with an excellent commission structure.
  • Salary is dependent on your experience
  • Relaxed office environment, no suits in sight!
  • Hills district location
  • Hybrid working - we operate on 5 days in office fortnight, the rest from home, you have the ability to choose your in office days and hours

To be eligible you must:
  • Minimum 1 year recent recruitment experience within an agency setting
  • Strong business development skills and confidence winning new clients
  • Someone who is fast paced, proactive, and highly organised
  • Confident using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for recruitment and branding
  • Ability to create engaging content and stay visible in the market
  • Self-driven with the ability to run your own desk
  • Healthcare recruitment experience is a bonus (but not essential)
