**About the Company**

Capral is Australia’s largest extruder and a leading distributor of aluminium products. With around 1,100 employees spread across the nation in manufacturing plants, distribution centres, and offices, we offer great variety and room for movement.

**About the Role**

This role is responsible for getting Capral products specified in projects undertaken by architects, builders, designers and other key decision makers resulting in sales and revenue growth for the company. It also involves presentations, trade events and the delivery of Continuous Professional Development modules.

**Key Tasks**:

- develop and maintain working relationships with architects and fabricators
- identify and follow relevant projects for specification
- record projects and activity in C4C customer relationship software
- engage with fabricators and Capral's sales team with specified projects that provide for quoting
- present product presentations, CPD, and represent Capral at trade events
- other tasks as required.

**Essential Criteria**:

- reliable employment history with experience in a similar position
- demonstrated understanding of aluminium window and door products
- knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
- computer literacy, with skills in Microsoft Suite, basic CAD
- excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to assist customers in software functionality
- ability to work alone and as a member of a team
- professional attitude with a high level of personal presentation.

This position is fulltime and will require the incumbent to work outside of the normal scope of hours and to travel.
