The Role We’re looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to provide adaptable, high-quality support to people with disabilities. No two days are the same! You could be:
· Accompanying a participant to the beach, a movie, or a sporting event
· Assisting with medical appointments or personal care
· Providing companionship and support at home If you enjoy variety, meaningful work, and making a positive impact, this is the role for you. Who are we looking for? We want people who are:
· Compassionate, reliable, and proactive
· Experienced in disability support, high care, mental health, trauma-informed care, or behaviours of concern
· Hold Cert III in Disability (or equivalent experience)
· Hold current First Aid/CPR certificates, a Working with Children Check, and a full, clean Australian driver’s license
· Have a reliable, fully insured vehicle
· Calm, confident, and able to work independently Extra Requirements:
· Right to live and work in Australia
