**Internal Sales Representative**

We are seeking a future leader in this customer focused Gas & Gear Representative role to join the team based in Marayong. Representing one of the strongest teams in Australia, you will be responsible for promoting our full range of gases, welding and safety equipment to a diverse range of customers.

**What you will enjoy doing**
- In this role you will deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience
- Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner is part of th is function
- Further you will build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
- Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes
- You will also contribute to the overall branch performance
- Additionally you are in charge to accurate and timely process orders in SAP
- Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures is required

**What makes you great**
- You have experience in a retail sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Moreover you have a strong focus on customer service
- SAP skills are desirable
- Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded
