**About the role**: Whole Ten Yards is looking for a highly motivated and reliable gardener to join its small but growing team on a full-time basis. This full-time position is available Monday to Friday, with the option for additional weekend work or flexible work arrangements. In your role as a gardener, you will support the maintenance and enhancement of gardens and landscaped areas through a range of horticultural and groundskeeping tasks. Key responsibilities may include:

- Edges & Lawn mowing
- Weeding, mulching & leaf blowing/raking
- Hedging & pruning of trees and plants
- Spraying & fertilising lawns and garden beds
- Planting and installation of plants & trees
- General labouring duties (movement of soil/mulch, disposal of green waste)
- Paving and landscaping construction projects
- Weed identification and vegetation management
- General site maintenance /house-keeping tasks

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a gardening/horticulture or landscape maintenance type role
- Hold a current provisional or full drivers license in NSW
- Be physically fit and healthy
- Well-versed in gardening horticulture and irrigation systems (preferred but not essential)
- Hold either a Certificate III in Horticulture or Certificate III in Parks and Gardens (Preferred but not essential if you are also willing to study)
- Possess the ability to work effectively on your own as well as within a team
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
- Have great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Are reliable and proactive with a robust work ethic
