Customer Service/technical Support (Arndell Park)

We are looking to expand our national customer service team with professionals who are drawn to the challenge of helping customers solve complex issues and are committed to providing a superior customer experience. You will need, at minimum, an interest in automotive, transport and marine industries and be willing to learn our extensive product range.

**About Flexible Drive**: Flexible Drive is a **values driven**, medium sized manufacturer of control systems and distributor of replacement parts, providing customers with creative technical solutions to help their business thrive.

**The role**: We have created a full-time **Customer Service **role at our facility in Arndell Park, NSW. Working in a small, supportive and enjoyable environment as part of a broader national sales team, no 2 days are ever the same.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend to incoming calls, provide product advice & manage the quoting process
- Act as key resource for customers to ensure our product range is fit for purpose and provide for a seamless customer experience
- Promote our e Commerce platform and educate customers in its use
- Liaise with Technical Services and Operations staff to enhance the customer experience throughout the product cycle.
- Support the warehouse activities
- Highly organised with proactive attitude to customer service
- Ability to work autonomously or part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of warehousing and distribution systems.

**Salary**: $51,000.00
