**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting chance to join Metcash as a **Primary Freight Administrator **based in Huntingwood on full time basis.

**In this Role**
- Documentation management
- maintaining accurate and up-to-date day-to-day documentation for all Primary Freight operations.
- Data entry and record-keeping
- performing data entry tasks to update and maintain records of shipments, carriers, and other related information.
- Facilitating communication
- assisting in facilitating communication between internal teams, suppliers, carriers and other related stakeholders.
- Invoicing
- Managing carrier payments and invoicing for suppliers and queries.
- Work, Health & Safety
- Maintain the highest standard of compliance and safety to ensure safe and effective operations. Establish and maintain a compliant working environment for employees, customers and vendors.

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- Experience within a logistics-based role/environment
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in freight, logistics and/or supply chain.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
