Administration / Customer Service Co Ordinator Arndell Park

About the position

Statewide FM has an exciting prospect to join our team at Arndell Park on a full time basis. Working closely alongside other team members you will play a role of coordination and liaising of technicians, clients and suppliers.

Statewide FM provides Facilities Maintenance Services for all trades for Reactive and Preventative Nationally. We are looking for a recent enthusiastic, experienced administration / Building Maintenance Coordinator that can work in a positive team workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

Attending to incoming client queries

Building and maintaining client relationships

Coordination of technicians

Processing, quotes and estimates.

Provide administrative support across the office as required.

Positively manage field staff, client service/feedback.

Coordination and managing internal KPI's.

Building a strong relationship with high end Clients

Building Facility Industry Experience.

Experience in a customer service role and managing staff.

Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure.

Experience in SIMPRO would be an advantage (training provided)

Superior customer service, communication and phone skills

Proven data entry and computer skills.

Pay: $50,000.00
- $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

ARNDELL PARK, NSW 2148: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
