**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting prospect has become available for a **Customer Service Representative** based in **Huntingwood.**This position involves working as part of our collaborative Customer Service team
- reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

This is a **FULL-TIME**role
- including alternate rostered Saturday shift.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Attend to all inbound calls
- Manage customer service inbox and process queries
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Keying of orders and raising requests
- Liaising with manufacturing, retail and despatch teams
- Regular communication and interaction with store managers
- End of day reconciliation and processing of payments
- General administration
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Solid experience in customer service or internal sales
- Excellent data entry skills
- Customer focused with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Flexibility to work within a rotating roster including Saturdays
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
