The Opportunity
We are currently seeking Casual Machine Operators to join our growing production team based in Huntingwood.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in manufacturing. No prior experience is required, just a solid work ethic and willingness to learn. For the right candidates, there are opportunities for career progression and movement within the business.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, physically active role within a fast-paced production environment. Duties may include operating machinery, maintaining product quality, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Requirements Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to perform manual handling and heavy lifting Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Strong focus on workplace safety
About You Positive attitude and reliable work ethic Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and take direction Adaptable with working days and hours
Desirable (but not essential) Previous experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments Machine operating experience
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
