**The Role: Store Manager

We’re looking for a Store Manager to be the heart of our restaurant, driving **exceptional guest experiences** and ensuring everything runs smoothly. **Salary & Details**:

- **Salary**: $65,000
- $70,000 + Plus Quarterly Bonuses

**Position**: Full-time (7-day roster). _If you're the perfect fit but need part-time or casual hours, let's talk about it._

**What You’ll Be Doing**

This role is all about leading from the front. You’ll be responsible for four key areas: **1. Leading the Team**
- **Hire, train, and motivate** our staff to maintain high performance and a great working vibe.
- Coach team members and run regular check-ins and performance reviews.
- **Create effective staff schedules.**

**2. Running the Show (Operations & Customer Service)**
- Oversee daily operations, guaranteeing **quality, cleanliness, and happy customers**.
- **Jump on the grill** to efficiently cook food orders with pride.
- Handle customer complaints quickly and professionally.
- Manage our **social media** presence.

**3. Financial Management**
- Manage the budget and **control costs** to keep us productive.
- Monitor **inventory**, order supplies, and reduce waste.
- Track sales and find smart ways to **grow revenue**.

**4. Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure all **health, safety, and licensing** rules are followed.
- Maintain restaurant security and staff safety.

**What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)**

You'll succeed in this role if you have:

- **Proven management experience** in a similar hospitality or retail leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of **restaurant operations, financials, and staff management**.
- Excellent food handling and cooking skills.
- **Fantastic communication and people skills.**:

- The flexibility to work our peak hours, including **weekends and holidays**.
- Familiarity with POS and restaurant management software.
- Food Safety Supervisor SA Certification
