**About the Home**

Located in Heathfield in the centre of the picturesque Adelaide Hills, Hillside Aged Care is nestled amongst the tall trees and natural bushland providing peace, tranquillity, only 15km from the City of Adelaide.

**About the Opportunity**

You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.

We are currently seeking Cleaners to join our team on a permanent part time basis, working both night and day shifts covering up to 66 hours per fortnight.

**Week 1** Tuesday: 0730-1500 Wednesday: 0730-1500

**Week 2** Monday: 0730-1500 Tuesday: 0730-1500 Wednesday: 0730-1500

You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times.
- Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
- Dusting, polishing and general tidying
- Cleaning bathroom facilities
- Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room.
- Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
- Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required.

**To be successful you must demonstrate the following**:

- Aged Care experience (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound cleaning experience (preferably in an Aged Care workplace)
- Knowledge of kitchen and cleaning processes, standards, systems and equipment
- Current Flu Vaccination for 2024 & COVID vaccination mandatory
