About the Role: You'll work closely with the owner to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly across service, staff, and stock. This is a hands-on role that requires energy, focus, and a great attitude. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead staff during busy shifts
- Support hiring, training, and staff development
- Manage daily operations and customer service standards
- Place and manage stock orders
- Uphold a positive and productive team culture
- Step up as a key decision-maker in the owner's absence

- Previous experience in a leadership role in hospitality (café or similar)

- Barista skills or kitchen experience highly regarded
