Vehicle Logistics Officer (Kilburn)

**The Opportunity**: Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for a Vehicle Logistics Officer to join our team in Kilburn, 5084. As the Vehicle Logistics Officer you will be responsible for proactively coordinating deliveries and collections to ensure job completion within the waste team.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Analysing and approving risk assessments for customer sites to ensure safety standards are maintained.
- Liaising with external subcontractors, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded handling complaint management and resolution.
- Identifying route optimisation and continual improvement opportunities maximising efficiency and productivity.
- Managing the daily waste collection schedule to ensure resource allocation and job completion.
- Overseeing vehicle breakdowns and bin issues ensuring escalation to workshop and fabrications team.
- Discuss and sign off on daily driver debriefs to ensure all paperwork is completed and meets the National Heavy Vehicle legislation as part of the Chain of Responsibility.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Demonstrated in a similar role, ideally within transport / logistics
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Drivers Licence
- Intermediate computer literacy
