**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Processing of Sales orders and Credits
- Providing customer quotes, quote follow ups, order status updates, lead times etc
- Providing technical product information and support to customers
- Supporting our sales team

**About You**

You will be a self-motivated customer service specialist who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.

To be considered applicants **MUST** have:

- experience in a similar role
- a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety
- a customer centric approach to all verbal and written communication
